Dal colore leggermente verdognolo, il Sauvignon St. Valentin è uno dei grandi bianchi della Cantina San Michele Appiano. Il suo aroma variegato ricorda i fiori di sambuco, l'ortica e il mirtillo nero. Di corpo elegante e morbido, ha un'acidità fine e armoniosa e un'ottima persistenza al palato.
- Zona produzione: Vigneti di Appiano Monte a 300 - 500 m s.l.m. di età compresa fra i 10 e i 15 anni di età.
- Allevamento: 70% Guyot - 30% pergole
- Vendemmia: metà/fine settembre
